Founder Labs
Two-hour sessions with your small cohort, built around the decisions your venture needs next.
A 12-week accelerator that combines guided business education, practical support and community to help you turn a starting idea into a business or project that’s live and operating.
With faith at the center, I’ll guide you from thinking about it to building it.
An idea you care about.
A community to help you begin.
You don’t need a fully formed idea to begin. Bring a problem you want to solve, something you feel called to create, or a business you’re ready to start.
I’ll guide you through refining your idea, understanding your customers, shaping your offer, building your first version and bringing it into the world.
Bring a starting idea, openness to faith-based principles and a willingness to do the work.
You’ll learn, try things out and return every two weeks to share your progress and work through what comes next.
Two-hour sessions with your small cohort, built around the decisions your venture needs next.
90-minute sessions to work through questions, obstacles and lessons from execution.
Peer accountability, structured feedback, templates, recordings and practical resources.
21 hours of potential live access. Office hours may be shared with a second cohort. Private coaching and unlimited direct messaging are not included.
Each Lab moves you toward a working business or project: a clear offer, a first version launched at a realistic scope, a way to reach customers and the foundations to keep operating beyond these 90 days.
Together, we’ll clarify what you’re building, who it serves and the problem it solves. You’ll leave with a focused venture thesis that connects your idea, strengths and convictions to a practical starting point.
Faith themes: Calling · ambition · stewardship
We’ll prepare customer conversations and simple experiments to test whether your idea meets a real need. You’ll use what you learn to sharpen your direction and decide what’s worth building.
Faith themes: Humility · truth · discernment
We’ll shape your offer, pricing and business model, then define a first version you can realistically build. You’ll begin creating it with practical tools, including AI where useful, so you have something concrete to put in front of customers.
Faith themes: Excellence · simplicity · resources
We’ll work on how you explain your offer, where to reach potential customers and how to invite them to take action. You’ll leave with a focused plan for outreach, sales or partnerships—and begin putting it into practice.
Faith themes: Courage · visibility · integrity
We’ll examine your costs, revenue potential and funding options alongside what you’re learning from customers. You’ll identify what needs to change and make informed decisions about how to sustain the business as it begins operating.
Faith themes: Provision · perseverance · attachment
We’ll bring your first version into the world, share what you’ve built and review what you’ve learned. You’ll leave with a launch at a realistic scope and a clear plan for the next 90 days of operating and improving it.
Faith themes: Faithfulness · sustainable ambition
